We believe that a plurality of Elders, though not mandated, is the norm found in Scripture. 

Our church has functioned with no Elders (in the early days), two Elders, one Elder, and we now are blessed to have three Elders. We believe the roll of Elders/Pastors is a gift from the Lord (Eph.4:11), and that such men are made evident to the church, meeting the requirements given by Paul to Timothy and Titus, and being gifted by the Spirit for the work of oversight in the church.
